By accessing doyinbrand.com or engaging Doyin Brand for services, you agree to these terms.
Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing in each Statement of Work. These terms apply alongside any SOW and govern in case of ambiguity.
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding pre-existing IP, third-party assets and reusable components owned by Doyin Brand.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
